    Hi all,

We had a power outage this weekend and some Macpros with Tiger were turned
    off.

When we rebooted these machines, most of them were ok but there is one that has an odd behavior. Just after the Apple logo shows at the monitor, there is a noticeable "jump" on the screen and then resolution gets lower than normal,
with the desktop area being 5-10% larger than the screen size. I can
move the mouse along the hidden areas but it is quite annoying.
I went to System Preferences/Displays and the resolution is fine (1600x1200,
which is the default for this LCD monitor).

    Any ideas ?

Same as the other guy yesterday.. probably got Zoom on.

Try Command-Option-(minus) or hold Ctrl and turn the wheel on your mouse.
