OSX won't zoom any more?

I recently purchased a brand new 27" iMac it was all set up with 2 accounts. The other account zooms just fine by holding the CONTROL key and the Magic Mouse, however one account does not do anything.

Have you checked System Preferences > Universal Access >> Seeing >>> Zoom >>>> Options >>>>> Use scroll wheel with modifier keys to zoom?

Yes, and that's where something was changed. Apparently she changed the button you hold on the keyboard to something else.
