disk utilities will not let me reformat my HD it is grey out on journaled , i want to reinstall snow leopard as this yosemite has too many issues , no video out any more , the fix must have been for latter models no external usb hard drive only usb sticks , so i am lost , i will try to partition hard drive and install snow leopard and then see if i can erase the other partition ,i this the right way to go ??? thanks .
