OTA iTunes Downloads: Software Upgrade Required?

I've tried downloading on EDGE, but it's still saying that WiFi is needed. I'm assuming then we are due a software upgrade.

Has anyone else got this to work?

EDIT: Doh... I've now read... yes it does work with 2.2, but it has the same 10mb limit as podcasts.
