Ah sorry I saw OTA and thought of system updates automatically. I have no clue but I would assume the iPhone would be able to start up iTunes, you know the same way it can when its plugged in.Wireless sync, that is.
Yeah on my thunderbolt they work amazing on 4G but I usually used WiFi if I could.Mostly OTA are on WiFi unless the files is like 20mb or so, I had like 5 android phones and it would let download on 3g but Damn it will kill half of battery a long time and sometimes fail, so I'm guessing WiFi is a better choice
