I currently have iOS 5.0.1 Jailbroken (Untethered),Was curious whenever the next software release comes out will I be able to do the OTA to unjailbreak my phone? Or will doing that screw up my phone?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

I would think, that it would work in the same way as android, depending on whether they patch the exploit used in JB it may or may not patch it and make it in jailbroken.

That didn't seem to flOw right, but I'm tired. Oh well. Hope that somewhat answers your questions.

Do not update or you will have a jumbled mess and have to restore. The jailbreak is only for 5.0.1 and will surely be patched when 5.1 comes out.

You can not perform an OTA update when jailbroken, it will fail to install. To remove a jailbreak you need to restore.

Wasn't sure. I'm not the OP, but thanks for clearing that up. I'm not new to iOS, but new to OTA updates in ios.
