The "Other" on my iPod is taking up more then 4 gb of space on my iPod. I have no contacts, no notes, and 1 game (iQuiz) on my iPod. Where is this coming from?

Did you dump any files on it (as an external HD)? That's usually where it's at. Double click the icon on your desktop to open it and check.

yeah, my bet is on other files you're storing there (you have enable disk use checked).

the "other" section also includes album art but i doubt you have that much album art. might want to restore and start from scratch if you can't figure it out.

also, why is the iPod formatted for Windows? looks like you're using a Mac - or are you just that good at skinning WinXP?

why thank you! it's nice to know others are fans of the great strongbad :)

just had a thought: "other" might include games - not just the one you have, but the few that are included on the iPod. i know they don't take up that much space, but it at least explains a few bytes.
