'Other' user has appeared on login screen?!?

Locked my Mac today and noticed a 'switch user' option that wasn't there before. Clicking it takes me to a profile called 'Other'. Why has this appeared and how do I revert it back to just my profile as it originally was?

Usually the 'Other...' user appears when the root user has been enabled.

Perhaps something in this thread will help.

Or when File or Printer Sharing has been enabled, even if it was turned off immediately afterwards.
