Otterbox cracked

Anyone else have this issue where your otterbox for the iphone 5cracked when you dropped it 1 foot on the carpet? Also the lock button is very hard to push

They do all of their customer service out of the US, so it may take a day or two before you get a response. I sent in a warranty request earlier this week, and the replacement is already on its way.
 
We got two otterboxes at the same time, and both held up horribly. Not dropped, just the quality of material after about a month of use was poor. The rubber internals are garbage

Yeah I wish the rubber was like the defender it's easier to press the lock button
