Otterbox Customer Service

    A few days ago, the rubber volume ports on my Otterbox Reflex came off. I posted this image from Instagram on Twitter and received a @reply. A quick telephone call and a new Reflex has been shipped (should arrive this weekend). I didn't even have to have my original receipt.

    Just thought I'd pass along a note about the company and its fine customer service.

    Yep, I've never dealt with a company that has such painless customer service. Just send a few pics, details, and you're good to go.

    And the only real reason they want a picture is to verify you have a case so they are not sending out a freebie to someone who never bought one.
