Otterbox Defender Scratched my Screen

Anyone have the Defender? I've had the Defender for about a month. Before I got the Defender my iPhone was in pristine condition, not a scratch. I had Zagg front and back then when I got the Defender I removed Zagg. Took out my iPhone this morning to clean it and wipe it down and as I was wiping I noticed a blemish underneath where the sensor / front facing camera is.

I'm 200% that this wasn't there before I started using the Defender. I'm kind of pissed cause I wanted to switch to another case with a new Zagg front and back.

Has this happened to anyone?

I bet the LifeProof with that membrane over the home button would do the same thing.

My smudge happened where sensor cutout is.

I ruined my old iphone 6 that way. You could clearly see the whole outline of the top cutout where dust collected scratched the glass. I will stay away from defenders from now on.

I've never had that issue with a Defender

Same happened to me. I’ll never buy another Otterbox again.
