I had read somewhere that the Otterbox Defender like cases may not fit due to a small increase in thickness of the iPhone 6S+. I read that the increase is very minimal and most cases would still fit, but not the Defender. Right after I pre-ordered my iPhone 6S+, I pre-ordered my 6S+ Defender Otterbox. I received the case several days ago and it has a sticker on it that says for 6+/6S+. So I'm concerned that it is not going to fit right.
I currently have an iPhone 5 & the case has made small scratches on the aluminum corners...
My previous iPhone. A 4, I think had a problem with the Otterbox Defender. It said it was compatible with the white iPhone when I purchased it, but after I noticed a problem with the censor I contacted them. Their otterbox was indeed not compatible with the white. I guess there was a slight change to the white that made it incompatible. They suggested a hack of removing a portion of the built in screen protector would fix the problem meanwhile they sent me a refund check.
So I don't know about this Defender fitting the 6+ & the 6S+.
Interested to hear if anyone has tried it yet.
