Otterbox IP4 Defender holster snapped

Has anyone else had any problems with the IP4 Defender plastic holster? The clip on my holster (that holds the phone in) broke the other day with normal usage.

Am I the only person that uses the holster?

I have contacted Otterbox and hopefully they will replace, just haven't heard back from them yet.

They will just send them a pic and they will send you a replacement or should i say a warranty as they call it.

Watched a YouTube vid of a guy throwing his iPhone 4 in the Defender in the holster out his 2nd story window onto concrete....nothing broke.

I'd say you have a fluke.
