I am surprised I haven't seen any Otto reviews on here. I bought the Ottocast Minicube 3.0 for $50 a few months ago. Wireless Carplay connects within 10-15 seconds. For quick trips and running around town, I think it works great; obviously not having to take your phone out and plug it in is the bonus.

It does drain your phone battery quicker, so for longer trips I would plug in. Regardless, I think it works great. Not sure about their other products, but they look interesting as well.

it seems that Carplay and Carplay compatible devices are very solid
