Those aren't Penryn. The 7100 line are tulsa chips (7000 are server level, 5000 is workstation level). The penryn based xeons people here are looking forward to (harpertown) are the 5400 series.

Ah, I was going off the intel site, which has them as 7000 Series

But it's difficult to tell, as none of them are marked Penryn..or to be delivered to apple before end of November...:)
