Outgoing e-mail sound change

Hello,

I'm using Mail.app in macOS Sierra, how to change e-mail outgoing sound (swoosh)? I want to change it to "Complete" alert as I set up on iPad. ("Complete" is name of built-in alert sound).

No built-in way to customize any sound other than the Received sound, in Mail Preferences > General.

You might be able to use a third-party add-on. https://smallcubed.com/mao/ allows setting rules for outbound messages, that might work but I haven't tried to use it for triggering a sound.
