Hi;

Of the nine mail accounts I use, one is now unable to send mail. I had other issues with all the accounts which I resolved by manually resetting the account information but this one still persists. The Mail Connection Doctor window used to show the smtp connection for this account with a red dot indicating something wasn't working. Now it doesn't even appear although the POP account still does.

I have sent the email service provider screenshots of the settings and they have confirmed that all looks OK.

Any ideas anyone? I am using MacOS 10.11.5.

The issue sort of resolved itself. I tried sending from that account again and a message appeared about a certificate. I hit continue and it worked.
