Outline Box Right Margin in Excel

I'm having trouble adding the Right-most vertical outline box line in certain cells in the spreadsheet. I add it as a single line in Format Cells and even as an entire outline box but it never works. Any help?

I have this same problem. Any thoughts or help?

Check your cell formatting for alignment. I can't duplicate the issue, but it seems that may have something to do with it.

Does the line show up when the sheet is printed?
