I have a macbook pro running Outlook 2011 which has been working fine for three weeks. Yesterday however, whilst using free BT Openzone to connect to internet, I get a 17900 message which claims it is to do with the username of password. However I can login via webmail every time. I should point out that I have numerous accounts and it happens to one of them randomly - rarely the same one constantly. I have tried using my iPhone's Hotspot connection to and its the same problem. Baffles and seeking assistance.
