Outlook 2003 calendar not updating iphone

Ever since I upgrading the latest itunes software and updated my firmware to 2.0 on my 1G iphone, my calendar appointments using Outlook 2003 no longer are updating on my iphone. Is there a solution to this? I thought that Outlook 2003 is supported by Apple?

Same here. It is an issue that many people have had over the year apparently. Check your task manager to see if OutlookSyncClient is making your CPU work hard, as it is on mine and many of the others. I have not found a solution yet.
