Outlook 2011 always disconnecting

Does anyone else have an issue with Outlook 2011 always disconnecting on you throughout the day? Also when you first open Outlook do you ever have more than 1 Outlook screen pop-up? I sometimes get 9-10 of them at a time and I have to exit out of them all.
