Outlook 2011

Hi folks, since moving to Lion on my MBP everything is fine except Outlook. Not always, but most times when I click on an email I get a beach ball until it displays. This takes a variety of different times.

Any advice to get rid of this?

Yep, OS and Mac Office fully updated.

With IMAP accounts, Outlook 2011 is slower to load messages than Apple's own Mail app.

I haven't been able to figure out or find out how to speed it up, so I steer folks toward Mail.
