Outlook/a-link email situation

    Im having a bit of a problem. I set up my email on my iPad. The first day (yesterday) it was perfectly fine. But all of a sudden i am not receiving emails in a-link or Outlook (same email address). Anyone having the same problem/ have a fix???

    Sound to me like you have the iPad email configured to remove messages from the server immediately upon downloading them...

    Check your settings. Only your main machine (desktop/laptop whatever you have) should be configured in this way. Any mobile devices should be configured to NOT remove mail from the server.

    I could be wrong but from your description this is what it sounds like your problem is.

    Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars/your address@server.com/Advanced/

    Set delete from server to never.
