Ok have a question. I have rMBP I am running outlook 2011. I have 2 issues. One I don't get the bouncing icon anymore when I get new mail and the 2nd question is can I use notification center with outlook? I can't seem to find where to add it. I went into the settings but dont' see a way to add apps. Thanks everyone.

The current version of outlook does not seem to support the notification center, instead opting for its own system.
