iPhone 17 Pro Max Outlook calendar to Maps glitch

I'm using an iPhone 17 Pro Max with iOS 26.5.1 (in dark mode) and I have encountered an issue. I will add appointments into the calendar of Outlook on my desktop PC at work and it will appear in my Outlook calendar on my phone. I would often click on the address in the appointment and it would open Maps to direct me to the location. These days when I tap on the address, it is obscured by a white box and nothing else happens. Is this a glitch, or has a setting possibly changed that I was unaware of? I did check the Outlook setting for "Open Directions with" and it is set for Apple Maps.
