Outlook calendar

Hi,

on my iPod Touch running IOS 9.3.5, I have my Outlook calendar (from Outlook app) integrated into Apple Calendar app. For some reason, I'm unable to do that on my iPhone 8 running IOS 11.0.2.

Is it normal?
