outlook categories are inconsistent

In entourage i had no issues-- in outlook the same email address in my address book may show up with the proper category and color-- or no category or color. it happens to even my own address-- all day - every day. how can i somehow reset it all to categorize incoming email properly?

I don't know how you're trying to do it now...but if you're wanting email categorized...the way I do it is by setting up Categories and then Inbox Rules in the Outlook Web App.

Seems like using Outlook for Mac or Windows to set the rules/categories just doesn't necessarily sync the changes as well.
