Outlook.com email and Contacts on MBA

Does anyone here, use the items listed below?
- MBA
- Big Sur OS
- Outlook.com (for Email, Contacts and Calendar)

If so, when you connected your Outlook.com email account to your Mac, did you set it up as 'Exchange'?
Are you able to see your Contacts?

My account is setup. Alas, I cannot see any of my Contacts. I can see my Calendar items, and email content.
Rather odd that I cannot see my Contacts...

After you connect the account on a Mac, it takes a while for all the Calendar and Contact items to download.
But, oddly, I only have around 100 Contacts. So, did not understand why it was taking so 'long'. When adding email accounts on a Windows computer (done quite a few), Calendar and Contact items show virtually instantly. Hence, why I thought there was an issue on Mac.
