Outlook contact woes

HELP PLEASE.

I have Outlook on my MacBook and synch's contacts and calendars but when I check outlook, there are no contacts or events.

In the CONTACTS application they are all present. How do I get them into Outlook.

Driving me mad lol

Sorry I should have said I synch'd with my iphone
