Outlook delayed push notifications

I'm having a weird issue with the Outlook app on my iPhone and I can't seem to find a solution. Basically at random times, email notifications won't come through and then 30 mins later (or so) I'll get 10+ email notifications at once. I tried resetting the notification settings, reinstalling the app, rebooting the device etc but nothing seems to work. Anyone know the cause and hopefully a solution? Thanks.

I was having the same issue with Apple's stock Email app. So I downloaded Outlook, It works great but I do experience the delayed notifications still. I reboot my iPhone then its fine....for a couple days. May just be iOS.
