Outlook for mac 2016

Hey Guys, any help with the below would be appreciated.
I have 5 emails accounts that I have full rights to. However, I want to change what accounts emails can be sent from. Does anyone know how I can do this in outlook for mac 2016?

If they are all configured in your Outlook profile, it's there but hard to see. When you start composing an email you'll see a double-arrow at the end of the "From" line, click that and it will list the email accounts. I have on my Mac at work, did nothing special to get that.
