Outlook for Mac account help

    Hi,
    I am running outlook for mac on my early 2011 MBP. Outlook version is 14.4.1. Problem I have is the account disappears once the laptop is shutdown, and when starting up again I need to re-enter the account details and it all fires up again. No problems when just going to sleep. Any ideas what settings/preferences/plists etc. may be causing this to happen ? Not a major deal but it shouldn't happen, and it takes a while to download all the folders etc. when re-adding the account.

    What type of account is it?
    How many accounts are you using with it?

    Exchange account 2010 (I think). Only one account being used

    Still doing it

    This issue is still "bugging" me. I enter the account details, work on outlook no problem. Only when I sht down or restart the mac, all the settings have disappeared and I need to re-enter the account, then up and running again.
    Would love someone to help me fix this. Drives me nuts.
