I'm using a single Gmail account with Outlook 2016 for Mac. I love Outlook on my iPhone because of the Focused Inbox feature. I used this app back when it was Accompli, before MS bought them out, and it's still pretty great.

But I can't figure out how to turn on Focused Inbox on the desktop version! According to the support docs, it is as easy as going to "organize" and clicking the "focused inbox" icon in the toolbar. Looks easy enough, but that icon is missing from my toolbar and I don't see how to get it.

I have Outlook 2016 and all the latest updates as of march 11, 2018.

Any ideas?

Ah! thank you! I was going crazy. That's unfortunate, and unexpected, given the iOS app has had focused inbox for Gmail for several years now.
