Outlook for Mac not Working

    My Outlook client (Outlook 2015) stopped recognizing my Apple email account a few months ago. I states the password is not correct, which isn't the case. My credentials work fine on my native Apple email client.

    I have deleted the account from within Outlook and added it again, with no luck. Any suggestions?

    You didn't indicate which version of Outlook 2016 (sic 2015) that you're using - no offense, I use both the Win and Mac versions but that shouldn't matter with 2FA…

    Apple-created apps get a "pass" with 2FA for iCloud accounts, just as MS apps get a "pass" with MS accounts if they're set up properly. I've noticed that, with Sierra and iOS 10 being issued Apple seems to have cracked down a bit more than in the past with verification/authentication…
