my biz partner insists on using outlook 2011; for email, and contacts.
he's on a macbook air, 10.7.5.
recently, he had some issues, so he rebuilt the outlook database. now, all his email is there, but there's only ONE contact: his. the other 240 are missing.
i realized that the rebuild window shows a ".12nd22" account (well, something like that), so...hidden. is this typical?
should i rebuild the hidden database? or?? the Main Identity folder is there in the MUD folder.
