Outlook not updating new emails

Hey guys, just started experiencing an issue with outlook where it won;t update from my gmail but no issues with my work account? Any help will be appreciated!

I had this issue for awhile the other afternoon & evening. It also happened on my Outlook MacOS app. Resolved itself when I woke up the next day and haven't had any issues since.

If its a gmail account its a known issue they are having, they say they are working on it
