Can anyone else please confirm that you can’t reply on your watch to an email sent to outlook? Seems a bit of a silly oversight. I was going to swap to it because of the buggy mail app but it’s no good if you can’t even reply using your watch.

I don't see any reply button either. (Although I don't trust Siri enough to reply from the watch anyway).

What bug exactly do you see with Mail.app? Still in 13.3? You could try using Spark.app. There are some blog posts about security you might wanna read, but I doubt Spark is any worse than other 3rd party apps such as Outlook.

Yes, that is correct. There is no reply in my Outlook (Work email) on Apple Watch.

But I can reply from within the Apple Mail App (personal email). I do not use Spark. I do use GMail, but there is no GMail watch support.

Additionally, by default Outlook for Apple Watch only shows focused inbox which sux. Took me a while to get it turn off and re-sync.

Honestly, I'm pretty underwhelmed with my Apple Watch 4. I got it b/c I always wanted one. And it is useful for me to see notifications etc. when I'm in the lab and cannot readily access my phone (like with gloves on). But honestly a lot of the notification capability exists on many other smarter watches and fitness trackers these days.

Is Outlook supposed to work over LTE? I can receive and read messages on my iPhone and my Apple Watch (when it's near my phone). But when I take my watch with me and leave the phone in the car, my inbox won't update. I'm paying for a cellular plan and it works for everything else. I'm not sure why Outlook isn't working.
