I've set up forwarding from my work computer (a PC using Microsoft Outlook) to my home computer (a Macbook using Gmail). It seems to work okay, but when I press reply, the To field has my work address rather than the original sender's address. Also, I don't like that messages have the "FW:Subject" format.

Is there any way to integrate Outlook into Gmail so this doesn't happen? I basically want Outlook to be an alias, just like it would be if I were forwarding between two Gmail accounts.
