Dear All

I am a new Mac user.

I regularly use Outlook Web Access to reach my work emails. On my Mac, rather than being able to open 'Public Folders' with a double click, I can put a tick in the box next to the folder- but then I don't know what to do and there doesn't seem to be any way of actually opening the folders!

Any ideas?

Just tested this myself and it's a little weird in Safari. Try click on the folder name instead of checking the checkbox (it doesn't work). Then you'll see the contents of the clicked on folder as well as any other sub-folders in that selected folder.

It doesn't work in Safari. Use Firefox and it should work just fine. Might work in Opera, but I haven't tried that yet.

Thanks guys - Ashawley has cracked it. It just looks wierd on a Mac after years of doing it on a PC, and clearly I was click ing in the wrong place!
