Outlook wont print calendar in color

I've just tried to print a calendar from Outlook 2011. When previewing it it displays in greyscale. I saved it as a PDF and opened it in Preview. Still greyscale.

I can't find any settings to force it to print in color (so all the category attributes can be seen).

Am I doing something wrong, or is a color print simply not available?
