over clock MBP 330M Guide?

so I want to reinstall windows 7 64 bit, and of course I want to over clock the graphics card and get the best drivers again. forgot how though, any guides floating around? (I have the i5 17" mBP)

if anything can you just tell me/give me links to

nvidia tools correct version
modified special drivers
the temperature software thingy to make sure my graphics card is not toasted
the program that automatically sets the over clock at startup...
and of course the optimal over clock values

In short, get the instructions for downloading and setting up the driver in the thread above.
Download nVidia inspector for overclock.
Download GPU-Z and HWmonitor for...monitoring.
