Apps Overcast app

I just switched to overcast from Apples podcast app. Anyone had any luck with the overcast watch app. I want to have it in glances so that I can start/stop podcasts in my car without taking phone out of pocket. But I just get the circle of circles, nothing ever loads up

Remove it and try again. Just updated.
 
I have the same problem. The app just crashes on my watch. Tried reinstalling.
 
New version just released.

EDIT: Still buggy. Podcast images don't load.

But now it works at least.

Not specific to the watch app, but does anyone know if Overcast has a setting to start the podcast at a certain time/point in the podcast. I had an app that I could always start at a certain point and that was great.

I'm not a massive podcast listener but I like a few features, for example the geofence update, so I have mine set to update when I arrive at home, once every 24 hours. So I can be fairly confident I'm up to date if I have a spare half an hour.
 
I get no Podcast icons - I have reset and reinstalled on both Phone and Watch (including today's update).

Just me?

I have same issue. I have emailed the developer a couple times and no response. If this is the way he is going to support the he won't get any more donations from me (I originally purchased the app).
 
I haven't tested this on other podcasts apps, is it normal for a podcast to stop when you launch the camera app? This is really annoying. Camera+ does not make the music stop, but I prefer to use the normal camera.

I case you didn't know, the watch's "Now Playing" glance works with podcasts playing from Apple's stock podcast app on iPhone. That's what I use for control when working out.

I gave up on using the watch for now, the podcast I listen to is not available in iTunes, so I need third party app.
 
Overcast issues seem to all be fixed now.
I use watch app sometimes to select a new podcast.
