thanks Beigean. i was just about to point out that it is a bit more than a 66MHz increase. think about it - you can have a TiBook with speeds faster than are currently available, all for the price of a 667.
also, if you were someone who was into OC'ing, could you grab a bunch of 667's and tweak them, and then sell them? assuming you were confident about your modifications, you could sell them with a warranty. what would Apple think of this?
and on the subject of OC'ing PCs, i read in a PC magazine about someone who OC'ed theirs. they must have wanted some serious performance out of it because they took it out of the case and put it in a refigerator. i might get around to trying that one of these days.....
