When I got my new MacBook Pro, I immediately ordered new memory for it from OWC to get it up to 4 gig. I called them to get an RMA so I could return the memory that came in my MBP and get credit for it. I brought it to the local post office and mailed it first class. Weeks went by and no credit to my account. When I called them, they told me they never got it. For some reason, I don't believe this. I guess I should have sent it so I could track it but I figured I would have no problems. I haven't had problems with things getting "lost" in the mail. I can't stop thinking that when they saw it come in with no tracking, they knew they could tell me that it was lost and they would not have to pay me. Has anyone elses memory sent back to OWC become "lost" in the mail?
