FYI, the price for 16 gig of OWC RAM has dropped from USD$329.99 to USD$294!

It doesn't hurt to contact them and request a refund. I've done that 2x with them via a online chat and both times got a refund. Have your order number handy. The longer you wait the less chance you have.

Wow you can do that? The NuRAM I purchased last week dropped $10. Not sure if it's worth the trouble, but if I definitely can get a refund, then I'd go for it. $10 could get me a meal here in Australia haha!
