OWC RAM showing 4GB OSX and 3GB in XP ???

    This is probably a stupid question but when booted to XP under Bootcamp only 2.98GB shows up and under Leopard it shows the full 4GB. What's going on??? Does XP support 4GB Ram?

    2.5 Penryn 17" hi-res
    200GB HD
    4GB OWC Ram

    Since it's 32-bit, it can only see 3.3GB of RAM. 64-bit OS' can see far more.

    Yup. That's all you'll get from XP in Bootcamp. Same with in a hardware PC, you'll get between 3.0 and 3.5 GB accessible to the OS after PCI and other addresses steal away the top chunk, but only 3.0 visible to use.
