p90x dvd to itunes/iphone4

Any tips on how to copy my p90x dvds (i purchased and own) into itunes and onto my iphone? I would rather do the program at the gym while listening to it on my phone than doing it at home.

any help or direction would be much appreciated.

In Handbrake either use the Apple TV or iPod preset.

you will need a DVD riper and a converter to MP4 i know of a couple that can do that for free but there are plenty that you can purchase that will do it all in one shot
