What is the name of the package on the installation DVD that contains the wallpapers?

And how do I extract them from the DVD?

What installation DVD? An app? Or Mac OS X? If so, which version? Snow Leopard? Leopard? Tiger?

Why do you need the wallpaper? Why can't you google image it?

If you need the wallpaper its located in
    Code:
    HD/Library/Desktop Pictures

Desktop pictures are usually in the MediaFiles.pkg file. You can open this .pkg-file with Pacifist.

I do not want google images because they change color tones.

Lion and Mountain Lion have never been sold with installation DVDs. For SL and earlier, install Pacifist to extract elements from your Mac OS X install disk.
