this is constantly showing up in the trash on my macbook pro - ~$Page Coaching Report.doc - I do have parallels installed but don't use it often and haven't used it for a coaching report to the best of my knowledge.

any ideas what this is and how i get rid of it permanently - just bugs me to see it all the time (have run virus checks etc - clean machine)

That is a temporary file created by Microsoft Word for that particular document.

Go to Finder -> Secure Empty Trash. Also try emptying your Windows trashcan.

If the file shows up again that is because you are using/working on that document.
