what is normal for page in/out ?
I have 111807 in and 410 out just using Adium and iTunes and Safari.

Yeah, Activity Monitor just keeps a log of them that resets after a restart.
The absolute amount of page ins and page outs isn't the problem, it's how many of them you get an hour (the rate). If the rate is high, that means your computer is being too dependent on its (slow) hard drive as a place for Virtual RAM and more physical (actual) RAM is needed.
You don't need more RAM IMO though. 🙂
